How do I Sign Up?

Signing Up (Registering) on shopomall is simple…!

  1. Click on “Sign up” on the top right of the Home Page.
  2. Enter your name, email address, mobile, a few details.
  3. Choose a password.
  4. “Accept the Terms of Use”.
  5. Click on “Sign Up”.

What are the benefits of Signing Up?

Besides it being your passport to affordable indulgence forever, as a member, you:

  • Do not need to enter your details like Shipping address, Contact numbers, etc. every  time you make a purchase.
  • Get to check the status of shipment of your purchases in the ‘My Account’ section.
  • Get regular updates on the latest products on Shopomall.
  • You can use “My Shortlist” to save items you like for future purchases.

Besides all of the above, you also get Rs. 5000 to shop immediately on Shopomall.com in the form of the following coupons:

  • 20% off on all Order Values, Maximum discount applicable is Rs.500.
  • 15% off on all Order Values. Maximum discount applicable is Rs.1000.
  • 15% off on all Order Values. Maximum discount applicable is Rs.3500.

Once you complete the sign up (registration) process you will get a welcome email on your registered email id along with the registration offer coupon codes and their validity. Please do check your spam/junk folder, if you cannot find the email in your inbox.

These coupons have to be used within 24 hours of signing up (registering) on Shopomall.

My Password is not working?

Sometimes due to internet latency you may not be able to log into your account. Please clear the cache memory and delete the cookies from your browser settings. Shopomall works well with all browsers.

If you are still not able to login, try to reset your password by clicking on the ‘forgot password’ link (available on the login pop up on the homepage). If the problem still persists, please call us and we will resolve it for you.

Online payment options available on Shopomall?

We accept Credit Cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club Card), Debit Cards and payments via Internet Banking for 42+ banks in India.

We offer free, 3 months EMI on Citibank, ICICI and HDFC Credit Cards for all orders above Rs.3000. There is no processing fee or Interest charged.

Can I pay through PayPal?

International Credit and Debit cards can be used through PayPal. There are NO additional charges for processing payments.

Is it safe to use my credit card or provide bank details?

Yes, it is completely safe to pay on Shopomall using your credit card or through a bank transfer. We follow RBI guidelines for online payments including 3rd factor authentication processes on payments.

Shopomall is PCI DSS compliant and does not store any customer credit card or financial information on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure bank servers which are PCI DSS-II compliant, thus providing the highest level of security while processing your payments.

Are the brands that are sold, genuine?

All brands sold on shopomall.com are 100% genuine and obtained from reputed business partners.

What is pending verification/Why is my order in pending verification status?

Cash on Delivery Option (COD)
· Is COD available for my location?
COD is dependent on the coverage of our courier partners. While checking out, on choosing the COD option, our system will run a check with our partner coverage database and let you know if COD is available for your location. If your location is not covered for COD, we suggest you make payment online to confirm the order.

Can I open the COD parcel before making the payment?

No. The courier guy will hand over the parcel to you only once you make payment.

Can I return the order to the courier agent and take my cash back from him?

The courier guy is not authorized to accept an open parcel and return your cash. In an unlikely event if you want to return the product, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team or check return policy here.

What will happen if I don’t pay at the door and refuse the order?

Every attempt to deliver an item is a cost to us. Misuse of this option is not appreciated and could result in the COD option not being available to you in future.

What is the minimum payable value of the order to avail EMI facility?

EMI facility is available for all orders where the payable value is more than Rs.3000.

For which Credit Cards do you offer EMI facility? 

EMI facility is available for all Citibank, ICICI & HDFC credit card holders.

What is the EMI tenure offered?

Currently the tenure for EMI is 3 months

Can I use EMI with COD?

We do not accept EMI payments on COD orders.

My coupon is not working?

Your coupon may not be working because of any of the following reasons:

  • Please check the Terms & Conditions of coupon in the mail that you received from us. e.g. – Validity of coupon, coupon applicable on specific products only, order value etc.
  • If the Shopping Cart Value is less than the value required for the coupon to be applied then it will not work.
  • Please ensure you are logged in to the same account (email address) on which you received the coupon.
  • If you tried using the coupon earlier there may be a pending order which you can see in your My Account section; call us now to cancel that order and only then will the coupon be available for you to use again
  • If the problem still persists, please call us and we will resolve it for you.

I am not able to apply a coupon to my Shopping Cart?

If the Shopping Cart Value is less than the value required for the coupon to be applied then it will not work.

Can I use both Coupon and FunduPoints together, on the same transaction?

FunduPoints and Coupons cannot be used on the same transaction.

What are Fund Points and how do they work?

FunduPoints are like currency on shopomall.com. 1 FunduPoint is equivalent to Re.1. FunduPoints can be redeemed post a minimum payable value of Rs.15 (+ Shipping and Handling Charges, if applicable). All FunduPoints have to be used within 30 days from the date of issue. FunduPoints and a coupon cannot be applied together.

How do I Earn Fund Points?

Fundu (Reward) Points are privilege points for our regular customers. Customers earn the points through different promotions that we have from time to time.

How do I redeem Fund Points?

Redemption of FunduPoints can be done post a minimum payable value of Rs.15 (+ Shipping and Handling Charges, if applicable). Please note that FunduPoints can be used only when you pay for your order online and on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.

To redeem FunduPoints, please check the FunduPoints box during checkout and the maximum amount of FunduPoints that can be used from your account will automatically be applied to your order and the corresponding amount reduced from the amount payable by you.

Where can I view my Fund Points balance?

Your current FunduPoints balance will reflect under the “My Fundu Points” tab in the ‘My Account’ section.

Can I use both, Coupon and FunduPoints together, on the same transaction?

FunduPoints and Coupons cannot be used on the same transaction.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We charge Rs. 49 as shipping for COD orders. There is no shipping charge on orders confirmed using online payment options.

Why is there a shipping charge on COD and not on Prepaid Orders?

Cash on Delivery as a process requires more efforts and hence the extra cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship products internationally and there is additional shipping & handling charge. Please check the product description to confirm if the product can be shipped to an international address.

I want to ship this product as a gift can you gift wrap it for me?

We are sorry but we currently do not do gift wrapping.

This is a gift; can you send it without the bill/invoice?

Shopomall complies with all the rules governing the movement of goods in India and due to tax and regulatory reasons, all shipments have to be accompanied with an invoice. Therefore we cannot send the item without an invoice.

How do you pack items/products?

All items are carefully packed as per the specific requirements of the item; we take the utmost care to ensure that you receive your item in good condition.

When will my product be shipped?

The shipping timelines vary across products. For your convenience exact timelines are mentioned in each product listing on the site as well as in the order confirmation email. Depending on your location it could take between 2-5 days from the date of shipment to the delivery of the order at your doorstep.

Can you send all my products in one shipment?

The shipping timelines and the location from where they are shipped vary across products. We ship the items as soon as they are ready for dispatch and therefore you could receive multiple shipments for 1 order.

Can you ship my order through a specific courier company?

No. We have tie-ups with reputed courier partners like Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, Quantium, Gati and others to ensure fast and safe delivery of products. Logistic partners are chosen depending on various factors like their service availability, prompt delivery, etc.

Can you expedite my shipment?

No. We anyways ship across the items as soon as they are ready for dispatch. Our shipping timelines are decided keeping in mind the time it might take to have the item obtained, checked, packed and dispatched. Therefore we do not have the ability to expedite your shipments.

Can you ship my order to a different address?

For confidentiality and legal reasons, the shipping address cannot be changed once an order is placed. We request you to kindly make some arrangement for the item to be received at the Shipping address given at the time of placing the order.

Shipping timeline is over however my product has not been Shipped?

Firstly our sincere apology if this has happened. If your product has not been shipped on time, Please contact our Customer Service team. We will take necessary steps to ensure that either you receive your item soon or process a refund.

How can I Track my shipment?

To track your order, please enter the Order details in the ‘Track Your Order’ section alongside.Once your order is shipped you will get an email with AWB/tracking details of your order.

The following order status are available on the website.

  • In Transit: The consignment is on route to the destination.
  • Delivered: The consignment is delivered.
  • Returned to Origin (RTO): Delivery was attempted, however the shipment is returned back to shopomall.

Please call us if you have any unanswered questions related to your shipment and for next steps.

The tracking number/AWB that I received is incorrect?

Usually courier companies take up to 48 hours to update their system with details of the AWB number. If your package was recently shipped, tracking might only become available after 24-48hrs. We request you to retry the AWB number after 24 hours. If it has been more than 48 hours since you received the AWB number, we request you contact our Customer Service team immediately.

My order has been shipped; however I have not received my order?

It takes between 2-5 working days from the date of shipment for the order to be delivered at your doorstep. Usually packages arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery timeline, please allow an additional day or two for the order to be delivered.
Please feel free to contact our Customer Service team and we will ensure that your order reaches you.

My shipment shows delivered but I have not received it?

Please see if someone else accepted delivery; check with family members, neighbors, security, the mail room, reception, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.

If you are not able to track the whereabouts of the item, please contact our Customer Service team and we will assist you.

My shipment seems to have been sent to an incorrect address?

Firstly our sincere apology if this rare event has happened.
Please get in touch with our Customer Service team immediately and we will resolve the issue.

The product I received is damaged?

We at shopomall make sure that the item reaches you in good condition. In the rare situation of the product being damaged in transit, we request you contact our Customer Service team immediately and we will resolve the issue.

Can I cancel a confirmed order?

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
