Why does my shipment status shows as Return to Origin (RTO)?
Shipments are reflected as RTO (returned to origin) under the following circumstances:
1. You were not available when the courier person reached your address
2. The address provided was insufficient
3. You were not contactable on the number you provided
4. You refused to accept the delivery
5. You did not have the payment ready for COD orders.

I want to return a product; how can I do it?
Returns are subject to terms and conditions of products bought. Please check the product description as certain products cannot be returned. To initiate a return, please get in touch with our Customer Service team or check the returns policy here
Once we receive the returned item our Customer Service team will get back to you on the status of your refund. Refunds processed are credited to the original mode of payment.
Do you refund the shipping and handling charges?
If due to some unforeseen circumstances we end up refunding your payment, the refund to your account will include any shipping & handling charge you might have paid while placing the order with Shopomall.
Which courier company do I use to return the product?
Please use a good courier service that offers tracking of the shipment, as the refund can be processed only once the item is received in good condition.

Instead of refund for a product, can you send me a replacement?
Currently we do not replace the items ordered.
Why has my Order been cancelled?
Shopomall is a 100% managed marketplace. We partner with our sellers to help bring you a wide variety of products for your home. These items are received from sellers, packed and shipped by Shopomall after you place the order and we do not stock these products with us – we are not a retailer.
In some rare cases, an item is no longer available with our sellers and therefore cannot be shipped within the timelines committed to you. In these situations, we are forced to cancel your order and refund the total amount you paid.
How do I get my money back?
All refunds processed are credited through the original mode of payment. That means, money originally paid for through bank transfer will be transferred back to your bank account and payments made by credit card will be reversed and reflect on your credit card statement. Refunds will reflect under the name of “Shopomall” (our parent company).
How much time will it take for the refund to reflect in my Bank Account?
Once the refund is initiated by us (which we do promptly), it takes the payment gateway and the banks, 7-10 working days to credit the refund to your account. Refunds reflect under the name of “shopomall” .
It’s been more than 10 working days and I have not received my refund?
Refunds are usually credited in your bank/card account within 7-10 working days. Please check your bank statement for the same. All refunds made to your bank/card account will reflect under the name of “Shopomall”.
